Frequently Asked Questions

How long do you allow for a show round?

We allow 60 minutes for a full resort show round. For final details we allow 90 minutes, this is plenty of time for both to cover all details required.

Can we hold a wedding date and if so, how much does it cost?​

Of course you can, we recommend you holding a date with us, even if we are in your top five venues. We can hold a date for up to two weeks, after that time it is automatically released. It doesn't cost anything to provisionally hold a date.

When do we have to pay the balance?​

A £1,000 deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is settled four weeks prior to your wedding day.

Can we reserve rooms for our guests?

We have 66 rooms which are a mixture of Standard and Executive Rooms alongside Suites, and we offer couples the option to block reserve rooms (acting as guarantor) for added peace of mind. Rooms & rates are subject to availability at the time of enquiry.

​What are check-in and check-out times?​

Check-in is from 2pm. Check-out is 11am on day of departure.

What are access times for set-up?

For the majority of our spaces, access will be from 8am for suppliers to dress, theme and set-up. Please always double check with the Wedding team.

Do you allow confetti?​

No, regardless if the petals are artificial or fresh.

Do you allow Chinese lanterns or fireworks to be set off?​

No to lanterns but yes to fireworks. We ask that you use our preferred supplier.

​How many people can each table seat?

In the Clubhouse, we can do a maximum of ten per table and up to four tables of twelve.

How many glasses are in a jug?​

You can pour between four and five glasses per jug.

Do we have to feed suppliers?​

Sometimes suppliers will state they require feeding e.g. entertainment and photographers. In this situation we recommend stating they have a £20 per person allowance to spend in Nineteen, this is then charged to your main event account

Is there a restriction to play music?​

The majority of our rooms allow music to be played, live bands, DJ and background music; always check with your Wedding Coordinator. If suppliers are used that are not our recommended ones, we do require Public Liability Insurance and PAT Testing certificates.

Can we extend the bar or music?​

Yes, both bar and music can be extended until 1am for £300 (only available in the Clubhouse).
