Terms & Conditions

• Party bookings are taken up to a maximum of three months in advance.
• Full payment is required 14 days before the event.
• Should there be a request to have more than 20 children, there will be a charge of £15.00 per extra child.
• If the number of children falls below 20, the package price will remain the same.
• Parties can be booked from 1pm on Saturday and Sundays only. Weekday parties may be available on request.
• The soft play area and arts & craft room is available for exclusive use between the hours of 2pm – 4pm on Saturdays and Sundays only.
• Should you wish to discuss a weekday party, adding makeup sessions or swimming to a package, please contact Robbie Trimm direct on 01483 475800.
• Any additional requirements to the original booking must be made 72 hours before the party.
• If you wish to cancel your party, we ask that you inform us 14 days prior to the party date.
• Accidents and injuries must be reported to the party organiser.
• Children must wear appropriate sportswear or casual clothing. For football parties, outdoor clothing may be required and football boots with studs are not permitted.
• When children feel unwell, we ask that they are not included in any play session.
• Parents/Guardians are required to provide their own party props, Birthday cake, lighter and candles or book an additional party pack as an extra at the time of the booking.
• All parties include public insurance liability cover with a limit of £5 million insurance cover. The party hirer shall be liable for all third party claims involving personal injury or property damage when the hirer has been negligent.
