Home to the GB Cycling Team during the Olympic Road Race Test Event.
The Great Britain Cycling Team used Foxhills as a base for the Olympic Road Race Test Event on the 13th of August. Mark Cavendish OBE & 2011 BBCs Sports Personality of the Year, who has 20 Tour de France stage wins to his name and was the winner of the Test Event race, and his GB team mates spent two nights in the hotel where they were able to relax before the race and enjoy the hotel facilities.
Quintessentially English Breaks
Relax and unwind after a fun packed visit to the Olympics & Paralympics. Ponder over the British hopes with a round of Championship golf on our traditional Surrey tree-lined Longcross course or enjoy spectacular views on The Bernard Hunt.
For a less active approach to relaxation, guests can take their pick from the irresistible menu of spa treatments at the £5m health spa or unwind in the UK’s first spa garden. Take a dip in one of four swimming pools, try a spot of tennis on one of our 11 tennis courts or explore the woodland trail taking in the scenery around the grounds.
Enjoy sumptuous food in one of our three restaurants. Retire to an oversized bedroom before waking up to breakfast in our 19th Century Manor.
