Special Occasions
Meeting once a month, the committee is responsible for the organisation and running of all golf competitions, issuing handicaps to new members and updating those of existing players. To contact the committee, please email foxhillscommittee@gmail.com
Held year-round, competitions range from monthly weekend and midweek medals to knock-out competitions for ladies, men and mixed, individual players, pairs and teams. Friendly and competitive matches are also arranged against other clubs throughout the year.
Handicaps are governed by the WHS handicapping system, administered by England Golf. A new member can obtain a handicap by transferring from a previous club, submitting cards for 54 holes played as a combination of nine or 18-hole rounds, signed and dated by an independent marker.
