Learning golf provides young people with key life skills – patience and logic, as well as fitness. Established in 1986, The Foxhills Foundation has helped develop almost 300 golfers including Paul Casey, winner of the 2009 BMW PGA Championship and one of the world’s top golfers on both the PGA Tour and European Tour, and Anthony Wall, currently on the European Tour who tied for 12th in the 2015 Open Championship.
“Foxhills is where it started for me,” says Casey. “I successfully tried for The Foxhills Foundation as a young man and the rest is history. I learnt so much in those early years playing the two great courses and receiving tuition from the excellent teaching staff.”
Today, The Foxhills Foundation has 12 juniors ranging from 13 to 18 years. Scholarship recipients participate in junior competitions representing the Club, receive golf lessons from our golf professionals, a limited edition Foxhills Foundation golf bag and clothing, plus range balls and discounts on further tuition.
