Trish Johnson

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

One of the living legends of golf, Trish turned pro in 1987 and was named Rookie of the Year on the Ladies European Tour in her first year. Winner of the 1990 Order of Merit, Trish has 20 wins on the Ladies European Tour and 3 on the LPGA, and has been a member of the European Solheim Cup team 8 times.

In August 2016, Trish claimed her first victory on the LPGA Seniors Tour in The Legends Championship at French Lick Resort (USA) with a six extra hole victory over Juli Inkster – the longest playoff in The Legends Tour 16 year history.

Becky Brewerton

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Building on a successful amateur career including Welsh Girls and Welsh Ladies Champion titles, and the European Ladies Amateur Championship, Becky turned pro in 2004.

In her rookie season, she claimed four top ten finishes. In 2007, Becky became the first Welsh golfer to make a European Solheim Cup appearance, and backed it up with a second appearance in 2009. In 2007, Becky finished second in the BBC Wales Sports Personality of the Year, losing to boxer Joe Calzaghe but beating Ryan Giggs and Geraint Thomas. To date, Becky has three wins on the Ladies European Tour.

Nick Dougherty

Nick turned pro in 2001 and claimed his first win on the European Tour at the Caltex Masters (Singapore; 2005). He then went on to secure a position in the Official World Golf Rankings and by the end of the year, made it to 15th place on the final European Tour Order of Merit.

Nick was top of the scoreboard for the first round of the 107th US Open (Oakmont Country Club; 2007) and finished the tournament in joint 7th place. This is his best major championship result and gained him entry into the following year’s championship and US Masters.

Later that year nick won his second European Tour at the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship and earned his third victory at the 2009 BMW International Open in Munich, Germany. As an ambassador, Nick helps develop the Club’s Foundation team.
