Existing Foxhills members will receive their renewal information by post in early March 2017. Adult members who renew online by 31 March 2017 will receive a booklet containing more than £500 worth of vouchers for use throughout the Club. Please note, any member renewing online after 31 March 2017 will not receive a voucher booklet. Payment options are outlined below.
Online payment is the quickest way of renewing your membership. To pay online, visit the Club's Sage Pay site by clicking the link below - you will need your Head Member's membership number and your invoice details. Payment must be processed in one full payment. You may also visit the Membership Office for assistance in paying online.
Other Payment Methods
Renewals are also accepted by Bank Transfer, Debit or Credit Card (excluding Diners Club), Cheque or Cash (with prior appointment - call 01932 704450 or email the Membership Team to arrange). Cash and Cheque payments will incur a £50 surchage; American Express card payments incur a 1% surcharge which will be added to your invoice via the Sage Pay portal.
Changes to Your Membership
If you need to make any change to your membership, please contact the Membership Office by 15 March 2017. Only upgrades and additions will be considered after this date.
Please note, the Club operates a No Refund policy on memberships.
