Part Time HealthSpa Receptionist

We are looking for a part time receptionist to join our lively team in our fabulous Health Spa the successful applicant will preferably need to have a Spa reception background with knowledge of computer booking systems and possess strong customer service skills. They will need to be well presented at all times.

Daily duties will include answering the main telephone, greeting members, booking clients in for treatments and looking after the general well-being and motivation of our members.

Shifts range from 6am - 10.30pm working 4 out of 7 days.

This position includes full use of facilities, meals on duty and uniform.

Spa Receptionist

To join our lively team in our fabulous Health Spa the successful applicant will preferably need to have a Spa reception background with knowledge of computer booking systems and possess strong customer service skills. You will be a professional and efficient first point of contact for our members and guests and will ensure that our guests receive the highest standard of service and co-operation at all times.

Daily duties will include answering the telephone, greeting members and guests, selling the spa and overall experience, upselling treatments and retail products and looking after the general well-being and motivation of our members.

Various shifts covering 40 hours per week ,working 5 days out of 7, the earliest start being 6:00am latest finish being 10:30pm.

This position includes full use of facilities following successful completion of trial period, free meals on duty and uniform.

Maintenance Operative

We are recruiting for a Maintenance Operative, to work alongside the maintenance team of 7 full time and 1 part time general maintenance staff, maintaining the complex which includes golf courses and tennis club, 70 bedroom hotel, conference rooms, restaurants, function facilities, healthspa, gym and swimming pools.

  • You will require previous experience in a general maintenance role, within a similar establishment
  • Operational experience and qualifications in either Electrical, Plumbing, Building or Gas would be desirable
  • Knowledge of pool water testing and an L8 qualification is an advantage
  • Work 5 days out of 7 days on a shift basis (will include some weekends and bank holidays)

SENIOR SOUS CHEF or strong SOUS CHEF ready for their next promotion

As Senior Sous Chef you must have experience leading large kitchen teams to a minimum of 18 chefs.

You will have worked at 2/3AA rosette level with high volume and bring with you professionalism, dedication, a strong work ethic, excellent communication and man management skills.

As Senior Sous Chef you will already have a STABLE working career in recognised hotels and restaurants cooking to a minimum of 1/2AA rosette level.

You must speak and write excellent English have great communication skills and be presentable and personable along with a strong passion for cooking and working with excellent seasonable produce with a monthly changing menu.

The role would suit a talented Senior Sous chef who has ambition and experience in running a seasonally inspired menu, systems driven, Health and Safety and Food Hygiene knowledge and good man-management skills.

You must have at least 1-2 years previous experience at a 1-2 rosette level, with a solid Conference & Banqueting background. As Senior Sous Chef you need to be a good all-rounder on all sections including banqueting, have good management skills and be competent running the busy kitchen,

The Senior Sous Chef will report to the Executive Chef, you will help train and oversee the 21 chefs in the brigade and have a passion for what you do, have a good attitude and want to be the best on a day to day basis.

Qualified Greenkeeper

We are currently looking for a Qualified Greenkeeper with a minimum of two years experience, a highly motivated person that will work well within our team of professionals.

Working 40 hours a week Mon-Fri, opportunity to do overtime on occasional weekends. Having your spraying PA1, 2 & 6 or a Chainsaw Qualification would be an advantage. With this position we offer a good salary, and use of facilities.

Full-Time Gym Instructor

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and customer focused full-time member to our gym team at Foxhills.

The successful applicant will need to be qualified to Level 3 gym instructor and qualified to teach classes. Duties will include fitness inductions, programme designs, teaching classes as well as looking after the well-being and motivation of our members.

You will also have the opportunity to gain extra income through personal training and teaching classes out of shift.

The role will include working weekends covering 5 days out of 7 to a maximum of 40 hours.

Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in The Summerhouse.

The Summerhouse is our family restaurant set in the walled garden by the outdoor pool. It is a 60 cover restaurant with a further 60 covers outside when the weather is fine. Delivering coffees, snacks and meals to both members and hotel guests to a high standard to secure repeat business and loyal customers.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months previous experience managing a busy restaurant. You must be approachable with a ‘can do’ attitude and enjoy working within a Family environment. You will pride yourself on your excellent Customer Service Delivery.

As the Summerhouse Manager you are responsible for the financial performance of the restaurant as well as maintaining high standards of food, service and Health & Safety.

A hands on approach within this area is essential. You will inspire, motivate and train your team to ensure The Summerhouse is a destination that Members and Guests keep returning too.

The role requires you to work 5 days out of 7 dependent on the business needs. This will include evenings, weekends and occasional split shifts.

Hotel Receptionist

We are currently recruiting for a Hotel Receptionist to join our friendly and welcoming team. The Hotel Reception position requires previous experience on a hotel reception desk in a similar standard hotel.

For the Hotel Receptionist position you must have a good customer service background, you will be dealing with customers face to face and on the phone, check- in and check- out of our guests, daily banking and invoicing and taking reservations when needed. The Hotel Reception position will be the first point of contact and so should always make a good impression.

Essential skills for the Hotel Receptionist are:

  • Working Knowledge of Hotel Computerised booking systems
  • Good Customer Service skills
  • Numerate
  • Knowledge of Outlook

Desirable skills required:

  • Knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Experience with maximising revenue and sales opportunities
