Part - Time Spa Therapist

We are looking for a Therapist to join our lively team in our fabulous Health Spa. The successful applicant will need to be a qualified in level 3 Spa Therapy, possess strong customer service skills and be well presented at all times.

Duties will include performing treatments, managing your own columns to ensure maximum utilization, retailing, plus daily duties.

Shifts will include weekends.

This position includes uniform and a meal on site.

Spa Therapist

Hotel Reservations – Maternity Cover

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic sales person to join our Reservations department at Foxhills; this position will be covering maternity leave from now until the end of September 2013, working a 5-day week to include some weekends and evenings.

This role is to maximise revenue for the hotel through management of room rates and bedroom inventory, and all administration of the reservations department. Also to maximise leisure room sales while providing all departments with relevant guest information to ensure the highest level of customer service.

Focusing on sales and business development as well as maximising the conversion of enquiries.

Candidates must have:

  • Previous sales experience, with a proven record of achieving sales targets.
  • Previous experience within Reservations is essential.
  • Knowledge of rooms and yield management.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accurate administration
  • Working knowledge of GDS and channel management.

Chef De Partie

We are looking for a Chef De Partie to join our kitchen brigade to cover our award winning Manor Restaurant, Summerhouse Brasserie and our Gastro Restaurant Nineteen.

Working 5 days out of 7 covering various shifts including some splits. Previous experience at this level in a similar environment is essential.

We have a limited amount of staff accommodation that is offered depending on availability. As a full time member of staff you will be entitled to use all the leisure facilities following successful completion of your trial period.

We are looking to recruit a Commis Chef to join our 20 strong brigade of Chefs covering our award winning Manor Restaurant, Summerhouse Brasserie, Clubhouse Function’s and our Gastro Bar Nineteen. Working 5 days out of 7 with various shifts including some splits.

You will need to have at least 1 year’s previous experience and be used to working under pressure.

We have a limited amount of staff accommodation that is offered depending on availability. As a full time member of staff you will be entitled to use all the leisure facilities, following successful completion of your trial period.

Hotel Receptionist

We are currently recruiting for a Hotel Receptionist to join our friendly and welcoming team. The Hotel Reception position requires previous experience on a hotel reception desk in a similar standard hotel.

For the Hotel Receptionist position you must have a good customer service background, you will be dealing with customers face to face and on the phone, check- in and check- out of our guests, daily banking and invoicing and taking reservations when needed. The Hotel Reception position will be the first point of contact and so should always make a good impression.

Essential skills for the Hotel Receptionist are:

  • Working Knowledge of Hotel Computerised booking systems
  • Good Customer service skills
  • Numerate
  • Knowledge of Outlook

Desirable skills required:

  • Knowledge of  word and excel
  • Experience with maximising revenue and sales opportunities

We are looking for experienced waiting staff to join our Food & Beverage team at Foxhills, to work on a full time basis working 5 days out of 7; all positions include shift hours and weekend work.  We need reliable lively people with a welcoming and willing attitude.

Weekend Kitchen Porter

Foxhills are looking for a Kitchen Porter to join our team of porters working in all 4 kitchens on the complex over the weekends. Duties will include: Washing up crockery and cutlery using an industrial dish washing machine as well as washing heavy duty pots and pans by hand. Cleaning kitchen floors, walls, and corridors and keeping all kitchen areas clean and tidy. Portering kitchen supplies around the complex from the main kitchen.

For this role you need to be reliable, able to take instructions and have a good command and understanding of English.

Previous experience in a kitchen environment would be an advantage.

Hours are available Saturdays and Sundays from 8am – 11pm covering various shift times. Additional hours will be available throughout busier times of the year.
