Taught by Dean - There are now two groups, a beginner and intermediate level. The groups will cycle a loop on average 30 - 35miles incorporating some of our local hills.
All levels welcome, this class is taught by Mandy. Strengthen and tone your whole body with high repetitions using pump bars, hand weights, leg weights and your own body weight.

Designed for all levels, these classes offer a challenging opportunity to get your heart pumping, burn serious calories and leave you with a feeling of accomplishment and perhaps a desire to be out on the road.

All levels welcome, this class is taught by Mandy. This class is an easy to follow conditioning class that in particular focuses on all those problem areas.
Taught by Robin - This unique workout combines the elements of pilates, yoga, resistance training and ballet into a highly effective regime performed on the mat and at a ballet barre. The technique utilises the body's own resistance in conjunction with weights, bands and small balls. The effect is a long, lean dancers body without being a dancer.
