All are welcome at our Fitball Classes, held in the studio and taught by Jacqui. A conditioning class using a fitball that focuses on your core, abs and lower back. This is an excellent toning class which will also work on balance and posture. Great for trimming the waistline. Suitable for all levels of fitness.
All levels welcome. This class is taught by Dean or Rosanna. These indoor cycling classes offer a non-impact, highly effective way to build cardiovascular strength and endurance. Designed for all levels, these classes offer a challenging opportunity to get your heart pumping, burn serious calories and leave you with a feeling of accomplishment and perhaps a desire to be out on the road.

This is an advanced MEMBERS ONLY class, taught by Jane. These classes are excellent for improving posture, core strength and aligning the body correctly. Pilates also teaches coordination, concentration and control of the body.
