Taught by Mandy. This is an earlybird full body conditioning class that will vary weekly to help burn off those excess Christmas Colories! This class will run for 8weeks to help ease the new year rush.
Tabata is a form of high intensity interval training—20 seconds of hard work with a 10 second rest, repeated 8 times giving a 4 minute Tabata set - 1-2 minute rest in between each set. These workouts are fast-paced, fun and burn up tons of calories!
