Residents may take full advantage of our state-of-the art fitness centre which has 55 pieces of Technogym equipment in 4 training rooms: cardio, free weights, resistance machines, and core stability.

There are more than 40 exercise classes each week at no charge, from aerobics to yoga (see timetable below) and a team of fully qualified instructors is always on hand to give advice and guidance; or offer personal training for a fee.

In addition, three squash courts can be booked in advance with racquets and balls available. Residents may also use the heated indoor pool, sauna, and steamroom located in the Foxfit complex.

If you'd rather work out outside, a circular 4 km jogging trail wends its way around the estate; undulating and clearly signposted.
