January Burn Challenge

The average person consumes 8,500 calories on Christmas Day. Can you burn this many in January?

From 1 to 31 January, Members are invited to take part in this challenge via the mywellness app. Each Member who reaches 8,500 calories will be entered in a prize draw to win:

1st place - bottle of Moët & Chandon Champagne

2nd place - 60 minute PT session 

3rd place - 30 minute PT session
