Since a young age Shannon has loved sports; she has played football for many years and understands the importance of fitness. She studied Merrist Wood College for three years and achieved a Level 3 Diploma in Sports Exercise & Personal Training, before joining Foxhills in 2017 as a Personal Trainer. Shannon prides herself on goal setting to achieve successful results and enjoys teaching Circuit and high intensity classes.


Foxhills Golf Club Captain, Phil Burnham, is about to complete a very successful year of captaincy.

PGA Cup: Need To Know

The eagerly anticipated PGA Cup is approaching and with less than two weeks to go until the prestigious competition, preparations are near complete. The Cup Clash between Great Britain & Ireland and the USA will take place on Friday 15, Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 September, where Team GB&I will attempt to defend the Llandudno Trophy on home soil for the first time since 1984.


Dean Tooby, former Foxhills Leisure Manager, left his role and will return on Friday 1 September as Sports Therapist.


Foxhills has entered the National Fitness Awards for the third consecutive year.
