May we take this opportunity to congratulate you and your fiancé on your engagement. With a 19th Century Jacobean mansion, a Master Chef in the kitchen, 150 friendly, professional staff and 400 acres to overlook, Foxhills has everything to offer, making it an ideal wedding reception venue.
Within Foxhills there are a number of settings to suit your exact needs for such an important and personal event.
You will also receive the services of our dedicated Wedding Coordinator long before the big day itself to act as a guide and ensure everything runs smoothly on the big day.

Having chosen your venue, you also receive the following:
- A twin bedroom the night before your big day, for either the Bride and Bridesmaid or Groom and Best Man.
- A luxurious suite on the night of your wedding with a late checkout the following day at 12.00 noon.
- Champagne breakfast the next morning either in your suite or in the Manor Restaurant.
- Toastmaster from the Independent Toastmasters Association.
- Menu tasting for four people.
- Wine tasting with your menu tasting: one white, one red.
- Printed menus, place cards and table plan if required.
- Set up of the venue on the day with your decorations and table arrangements, including place cards, favours, flowers, candles, menus.
- Red carpet on arrival.
- Cake stand and knife.
Civil Ceremonies
We are able to offer civil ceremonies in the Library, which can hold a maximum of 90 people: 60 seated and 30 standing.
The fee for the Library as a ceremony venue covers the hire of the room only and does not include the registrar's fees. You are required to make all the necessary arrangements with the registrar at the Surrey Northern Registry Office in Weybridge on 01932 794700.
Civil CeremoniesFoxhills is licensed for civil ceremonies in the elegent Library, which can acccomodate up to 90 people (60 seated and 30 standing). |
