Your dedicated Wedding Coordinator
Weddings at Foxhills benefit from the services of our dedicated Wedding Coordinator. This relationship begins long before the big day itself, and ensures that everything runs smoothly from arrival to checkout.
What we offer
In addition to our range of unique wedding venues we offer:
- A twin bedroom the night before the big day for either the Bride/Bridesmaid or Groom/Best Man
- A pick of one of our luxurious suites on the night of the Wedding
- Professionally trained Toastmaster for the formal part of the day
- Menu Tasting for up to 4 people. Available Monday to Thursday evenings in the Manor Restaurant, includes - A choice of 2 starters, 2 mains, 2 desserts & 1 Red Wine and 1 White Wine. Extra guests will be charged at the list price
- Individual Stationery - Menus, Place Cards, Table Plan & Table Name/Number
- Red Carpet outside for arrival
- Use of our Round or Square Cake Stand and Knife
- Dedicated Wedding Team & co-ordinator as point of contact throughout the planning process, present on the day itself & the Wedding Team will set up the venue on the day
We are able to offer civil ceremonies in the Library, which can hold a maximum of 90 people: 70 seated and 20 standing.
The fee for the Library as a civil wedding venue covers the hire of the room only and does not include the registrar's fees. You are required to make all the necessary arrangements with the registrar at the Weybridge Registry Office on 01932 794712.

We also offer dining rooms for more intimate weddings for parties of 14 – 40. Please ask for further details on our beautiful Pine, Bessier, Terrace and Orangery.
Having settled upon the venue for your reception, the next thing is to choose the catering to make the day truly memorable. In order to make sure that you have made the right choice, we welcome you to come and sample your chosen menu and wines in our Manor Restaurant.
Executive Chef David Hanlon, fresh from Royal Success, alongside a talented team of Chef’s, with experience gained from Coworth Park, The Hilton Group and The London Gherkin, are on hand to cater for all your catering needs.
Chef David has designed a truly special menu for your Wedding Breakfast which can be found in the Wedding Brochure upon your enquiry.
Vegetarians or those with special dietary requirements can be catered for separately. Children can also be looked after with their own special Children’s Menu.
Arrival Drinks and Canapés
Prior to the Wedding Breakfast, why not enjoy arrival drinks on the Manor House Lawn or the Clubhouse Terrace to let your guests relax and enjoy the views over the Surrey countryside. You may also like to consider canapés to ease those pangs of hunger that start to set in.
If you want to invite all of the friends who could not join you for the Wedding Breakfast you can continue into the night with a party in the Clubhouse. With enough room for 160 guests, fully equipped bar, dance floor and disco or band it would make the ideal setting for your celebrations. Our Chef will create a buffet to give you the energy to party the night away.
