Running & Cycling Clubs

Exercising collectively, whether in the studio or out in the open is a great way to keep you motivated throughout the year – but what better way to enjoy the summer than joining our Running or Cycling clubs? A great way to start something new, stay on track or just switch off from reality for a while.

Cycling Club

Meet outside Nineteen

Leisure Ride

Wednesdays 2pm-4.30pm, from 22nd June

All abilities are welcome to join Cycling Club captain, Jan, for a group cycle ride on Wednesday afternoons. The ride will be around 30km and will be at a leisurely pace towards Windsor. You will need a mechanically sound bike and a helmet. You can confirm your attendance via the online booking system.

Club Ride

Tuesdays 6pm and Sunday 8.30am

For those comfortable with group rides, the Club Ride takes place around the local area at a speed of about 27kmph. All Club Rides are published on Strava (you can join this for free at https://www.strava.com/ and request to join Foxhills revolution in the 'Clubs' section). Once you’ve joined, you will receive ride invitations via email.

Running Club

Tuesdays 6.15pm-7pm - 5km

A steady, conversational paced 5km run around the Trim Trail and grounds led by running captain, Charlie.

Thursdays 9.30am-10.15am - Beginners

Improve your distance running through the proven walk-run method, motivated by the shared group goal of achieving a 5km run.
