From a young age Millie began training to become an elite gymnast. Millie reached this goal when she represented England in 2011 and 2013. This is where she learnt the importance of body strength and conditioning which is where her passion for fitness began.
To seek further challenges Millie transitioned to Cheerleading in which she has been to the World Championships four times. It is Millies ambition, alongside becoming an experienced personal trainer, to become a Stunt actor. This journey has led Millie to also compete at a national level in Taekwondo. Millie's experience in these various sports has allowed her to discover multiple different approaches towards fitness which she hopes to use when helping others reach their own fitness goals.
