Junior Fitness Classes

To book any of the classes below, book on the day by visiting the Spa or Youth Club receptions.

Does your child want to bring a friend? Purchase a junior guest pass for just £12 before 3pm and £6 after.

Teen Sports Fitness

Wednesdays 5pm-5.45pm (12 years +)

This class will focus on specific exercises to help enhance and improve performance in golf, tennis and other core focused sports for teens looking to take their game to the next level.

Kids Table Tennis

Saturdays 11.15am-12.15am (Ages 7+) 

Fun, relaxed table tennis coaching for junior members.Coaching will cover the basics strokes of table tennis, how to control the ball in a rally, the importance of spin and how to use it effectively, all wrapped up in some fun drills and effective practice methods. You’ll be beating your parents in no time!

Kids Yoga

Sundays 11.15am-12.15pm (Ages 7+)

A truly wonderful way to switch off, children can tune out from their lives and in themselves to feel an innate sense of peace. The class is intended for children. This includes a basic warm-up and introduction to strengthening, opening and calming yoga poses that are explored through classic sequences. With easy breathing techniques, children can focus and calm the mind. A variety of adaptations are available for each pose to meet any ability or physical need.
