Junior Fitness Classes

To book any of the classes below, book on the day by visiting the Spa or Youth Club receptions.

Does your child want to bring a friend? Purchase a junior guest pass for just £12 before 3pm and £6 after.

Kids Bootcamp

Saturdays 10.30-11.15am, ages 6-12
Starts January 19th 2019

This is a fun and interactive way for youngsters to be physically active. The bootcamp will consist of a number of stations with different activities & introduce new exercises or reinforce skills and movements. The benefits will be carried over into their other sports such as golf, football, netball and many others.

Studio Cycle Teens

Sundays 11.15-12pm, ages 11-15
Starts January 20th 2019

A non-impact, highly effective way to build cardiovascular strength and endurance. Designed for all levels, these classes offer an opportunity for youngsters to set and beat personal goals in a fun environment whilst in the company of others, with a focus on building perfect technique from a young age.

Kids Yoga

Ages 7-15, starts January 20th 2019

A truly wonderful way to switch off, children can tune out from their lives and in themselves to feel an innate sense of peace. The class is intended for children. This includes a basic warm-up and introduction to strengthening, opening and calming yoga poses that are explored through classic sequences. With easy breathing techniques, children can focus and calm the mind. A variety of adaptations are available for each pose to meet any ability or physical need.
