Personal Trainer

Rachel started with us in the New Year, moving from Virgin Active in Wimbledon with two years’ experience under her belt.  After gaining more than 30kg during her time studying at Brighton University and six years of working in an office, Rachel discovered fitness later on in life and made some healthy changes to lose weight and feel better.
