During your induction, you will have a health check in the gym’s diagnostic suite with one of the team of eight instructors including blood pressure, hydration levels, fat mass, muscle mass, visceral fat and body mass distribution. From a discussion about your fitness ambitions, the instructor will work with you to create a programme to help you achieve your fitness goals. Every three months, this programme will be tweaked to ensure your body keeps working and pushing towards your target.
