From a young age, Rich competed in track and field events to a high standard. He then served twelve years in the army, whereby one of his roles was a PTI for new recruits. Since leaving the army, Rich pursued a career in personal training and widened his knowledge to reach out to a more diverse client base where he has achieved great results with those working on weight management in particular. Rich recently qualified in Kids Fitness Training and can work one-to-one or with a group involving children from five years of age. He also teaches Studio Cycle regularly and enjoys high intensity classes.
