There are two options available for a member who wishes to go on a membership leave of absence.
Option one - Is a complimentary leave of absence that can be requested at any time during the membership year. This option is available to members who have an illness/injury preventing normal use of the club. Supporting evidence must be provided in the form of a medical note and the leave of absence will be granted at the discretion of the management team. Please note, a 30-day notice is required for this, and the maximum length of time for the leave to be applied is three months.
Option 2 - is a paid leave of absence that is available to members who are relocating more than 50 miles away from Foxhills, for at least six months. The charge is £200 per adult member, and £100 per under-18 member. Please note, a 30-day notice is required for this, and the maximum length of time for the leave to be applied is two years. Use of the club and its facilities within this period are restricted unless attending as another member’s guest.

A monetary credit can be loaded on to your membership card either at the HealthSpa reception or golf shop.
Yes, you can load membership credit on a family member’s card, we will just require the membership number and name.

For the majority of competitions organised by the golf committee there is a charge of £5 as an entry fee. As you start to win competitions, you will start to receive prizes in a monetary value.

Range tokens are able to be purchased in the golf shop at £6 for 40 balls or £10 for 80 balls.
As a member, you can pick up a discount range card from the golf shop, with the option of three packages: £20 gives you 25 credits, £40 gives you 55 credits and £60 gives you 90 credits. Four credits is a medium bucket and will dispense 40 balls.
Our driving range is open to the visitor, so there's no charge for them to use the facilities, only for the range token which can be purchased at the golf shop.

Your induction will include a blood pressure check and a health check with our Tanita body composition analysis. This can track your hydration levels, fat mass, muscle mass, visceral fat and body mass distribution. From a discussion about your wellbeing and fitness ambitions, your instructor will work with you to create a bespoke programme to follow.
If you are a Full, Country Club or HealthSpa member and over the age of 16, you will receive a gym induction voucher in your new member welcome pack. At the time of booking the induction, please reference the voucher number.
If you are a golf only member then a 60-minute gym induction will not be included in your membership.

Our HealthSpa reception team are great at making recommendations and helping with treatment bookings, so please do ask next time you are at the club. We also have price lists available at the spa reception - but descriptions are better available on our website.
We encourage members to book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
For members, we are happy to hold an appointment for 24 hours after making a request.
The demand for spa treatments is high and therefore we can only hold for 24 hours without payment. Without payment, appointments are released or could be overridden by an online booking that has to have a payment attached in order to confirm.
We require payment in full at the time of booking. This can be either debit/credit card, gift vouchers or member’s card levy.
In partnership with Bee Friends, we have a wide range of products on sale produced by the bees and hives at Foxhills.
We offer gift sets, individual products and treatments from La Sultane de Saba, Neom and Elemis.
Then if you enjoy a treatment and want to start using the oil and products used, we have them on sale in the reception, ask your therapist which products they would recommend.
More recently, we have introduced Tea & Tonic to the spa. This range of products is only available to purchase at Foxhills and concentrates on stress management, aromatherapy and overall wellbeing.
We provide towels for all members and guests at no extra cost.
Collect your towel from the shelves next to the ladies' changing rooms in the HealthSpa reception.
Lockers in the HealthSpa changing rooms are to be used on an ad-hoc basis, with no need to bring a padlock or pound coin.
Press the green button, then input four digits and press red to lock. Follow the same steps to unlock the locker (similar to using a hotel safe).
No items are to be kept in the lockers overnight.
First thing in the morning, the maintenance team check the pool temperature before opening.
Maintenance do temperature and chemical level checks around 8am and 4pm. Our HealthSpa reception team also check a further three times a day and update the board.
The water is on a thermostat so can vary ever so slightly depending on the temperature of the air. If it is outside the permitted temperatures, our maintenance team adjust this for us.

A loop track which tends to start and end by the adventure playground. Ask the Pavilion team who will be happy to help point you in the right direction to start.
Along the way, you will see sign posts pointing you in the right direction.
The trail isn’t suited for cycling. You are very welcome to run or take a buggy/pram.
However, we would ask everyone to take care, especially during the winter months. We have kept the trail as natural as possible and therefore you will notice some fallen branches and tree stubs pointing out the ground, please take it easy.
The trail is open all year round and we do not have opening or closing times.
We have not put lights along the path, as it is to be kept natural and a chance for you to enjoy the great outdoors whilst at your club. Therefore, on average, the loop track takes 25 minutes and that needs to be considered before heading off if it’s getting dark.

Yes, bookings for the crèche is highly recommended. The team do take walk-ins but it is best you book in advance to secure a spot.
No maximum time, your child may stay in the crèche from between 30 minutes and four hours.

Swimming lessons are held in the indoor Pavilion swimming pool and the pool is divided by a floating line to create a space for members who aren’t having swimming lessons, but still wish to use the pool.
On average, a group swimming lesson bundle for 12 weeks costs £120 per child aged 0-2-years-old or £144 for a child three years and older.

We have 11 tennis courts and three different surface types - acrylic, synthetic clay and all-weather.
No indoor courts, however, we have three all-weather courts and the synthetic clay drains well in the rain.

Nine tennis courts are floodlit. We turn the lights on for those who have made a booking, either via Pavilion reception or via member’s portal.
If you are on court and need the lights turned on, please return to the Pavilion reception area.
Appropriate tennis clothing must be worn. Jeans or swimwear are not acceptable. A tennis shirt/top must be worn at all times. Coloured tennis clothing is permitted. The correct footwear must be worn; tennis trainers must be non-marking and running shoes are not advisable as they can mark the courts and are dangerous to wear when playing tennis.
Children under the age of 10-years-old must not be left unsupervised.
Please refrain from using our tennis courts for anything else but tennis as it may damage the surface.
Yes, you have to either have an active membership or staying in the hotel to use our tennis facilities. Therefore, anyone who is not a member unfortunately won't have access to our tennis lessons.

The earliest you can book any activity or class is once you have checked in. Unfortunately pre-booking before checking into the club is not permitted.
