We allow 60 minutes for a full resort show round. For final details we allow 90 minutes, this is plenty of time for both to cover all details required.
Of course you can, we recommend you holding a date with us, even if we are in your top five venues. We can hold a date for up to two weeks, after that time it is automatically released. It doesn't cost anything to provisionally hold a date.
A typical wedding payment plan would be upon signing of the contract, a non-refundable deposit of £1500 requested to confirm booking.
Beyond you first deposit, the payment structure is as follows:
A further £1500 payment 9 months prior
50% of remaining balance 6 months Prior
100% for the estimated charges 1 month prior

We have 66 rooms which are a mixture of Executive Rooms, Family Suite, Junior Suites and Suites, and we offer couples the option to block reserve rooms (acting as guarantor) for added peace of mind. Rooms & rates are subject to availability at the time of enquiry. Guest also get a 10% discount when booking rooms themselves as part of the wedding with a special code.
Check-in is from 2pm. Check-out is 11am on day of departure.
We guarantee that spaces will be available to access/dress 2 hours prior to use. Options are available to extend this where required, please check this with your wedding coordinator.
Yes we do allow confetti on our Manor Lawns as long as it is biodegradable!
We do not allow for Chinese lanterns but you can have fireworks either on our manor lawns or over at the clubhouse (depending on where your wedding is taking place).
Fireworks need to be booked via our recommend suppliers for health and safety purposes and there would be a charge to block off our greens for setup and display. Please talk to your wedding coordinator for details on suppliers and fees.
You can pour between four and five glasses per jug.
Some suppliers will state they require feeding e.g. photographer & entertainment. In this situation we recommend giving them a £25 per person allowance to spend in The Manor or Nineteen. This will be charged on a consumption basis and add to your bedroom bill to pay before departure.
The majority of our rooms allow music to be played, live bands, DJ and background music; always check with your Wedding Coordinator. If suppliers are used that are not our recommended ones, we do require Public Liability Insurance and PAT Testing certificates.
Yes, both bar and music can be extended until 1am for £300 (only available in the Clubhouse).
