We got married at Foxhills in July and could not recommend it enough. From start to finish, the communication was excellent.
We were lucky enough to have Lauren as our wedding co-ordinator and she was amazing! She was friendly, polite, honest, knowledgeable and always answered my million questions quickly. The lead-up to the wedding was enjoyable due to Lauren helping and liaising with suppliers and helping in anyway she could. She made us feel relaxed and at ease throughout. I even miss our weekly catch-ups via email or over the phone!
Skip to the wedding day and wow it was amazing! Our rooms were big and beautiful and we were both given pre and post wedding cards which was very thoughtful and such a lovely touch. Lauren even kindly swapped her working days so that she could be there on our wedding day!
My husband got in to an unfortunate accident on the morning of our wedding and required hospital treatment. Foxhills could not have handled this better and we will be forever grateful for your speedy response. They called the local hospital before he went to inform them that he was due to get married in a few hours and luckily he was able to be seen quickly and make it back in time. Throughout this whole thing everyone was kept calm and relaxed due to the great communication, expertise, teamwork and friendliness of everyone involved.
Despite the hospital trip, we got married and it was the best day ever. Everything was taken care of down to the finest detail and it looked beautiful - better than we have ever imagined! The food was incredible, and there was plenty of it! We were given a toastmaster as part of our wedding package... Nigel was just amazing! A toastmaster was never something I thought we needed, but I was so wrong! Nigel ensured everything ran smoothly, we were relaxed and everyone, including us, loved him. What a lovely addition to our wedding package.
In short, if you are looking for a beautiful venue, where you can relax and enjoy the build-up (with the help of an amazing wedding co-ordinator) without getting sucked into the wedding stress then Foxhills is the place to book. We have stayed at Foxhills a number of times now and we absolutely love it. We chose Foxhills as our wedding venue and we were certainly not disappointed. The team went above and beyond to help make our day so so special. The rooms are fantastic and the pool and spa facilities are the best around. We loved the resort feel and we could easily have been abroad sitting around the outdoor pool. The food was sublime and the clubhouse is a great venue for wedding! Will be back for vow renewal!

We had our wedding in Foxhills at the start of September and we couldn’t recommend this venue more. It was the happiest day of our lives and a beautiful ceremony and wedding - despite a sudden rain downpour!
We sometimes can't control the weather, but Foxhills ensured we still had an amazing day.
We felt supported and had a team around us that clearly cared about us having the best day possible.
It could have gone very differently. We had wanted an outdoor ceremony (especially my wife) and I was very concerned that it had started to rain suddenly and in downpour and the impact it would have on my wife and our day. Lauren and the Foxhills team were incredibly supportive emotionally whilst also quickly changing from an outdoor to indoor ceremony room. The change around was seamless and the ceremony was beautiful, as was the remainder of the day.

Had an absolutely amazing wedding at Foxhills Hotel and Country Club, Ottershaw in September - the staff, venue and food were brilliant. The sit down wedding breakfast for 80+ people was fabulous, unbelievable and couldn't have been any nicer given such a large sitting.
