Members and their guests are welcome to take personal photographs and videos during their round/practice for private and non-commercial use - such as recording personal memories of their visit or filming their swing for improvement purposes. We ask that when doing so, you remain mindful of the privacy and enjoyment of other golfers on the course.
Any photography or filming intended for commercial purposes, including but not limited to advertisements, brand promotions, sponsored content, monetised social media (across platforms such as YouTube, Tik Tok or Instagram), or any activity where an individual/organisation is being financially compensated, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from our Director of Membership.
This applies regardless of the equipment used - and includes, but is not limited to, drone footage, professional camera equipment, or the use of additional crew/personnel. Any commercial footage featuring the golf courses, course name, driving range, club logo, signage, or branding in a commercial context may not be published or distributed without prior written approval.
Members and guests wishing to film commercial content at the course are encouraged to submit a filming request to our Director of Membership in advance of their visit. This should be with at least 15 days’ notice, and emailed to Marcus Weatherburn on mweatherburn@foxhills.co.uk
