Member Guest Policy

Please see below our members' guest policy, put in place to ensure the enjoyment and safety of our members, guests and hotel residents while using the facilities.

Guest Access - Golf

Golf Guests - Spring/Summer

During the spring/summer months, Full members are allowed to bring guests anytime Monday to Friday and after 10am on a Saturday and Sunday. 

Associate Golf members are allowed to bring guests anytime Monday to Friday and after 11am Saturday and Sunday.

  • Longcross - £85
  • Longcross after 4pm - £65
  • Bernard Hunt - £75
  • Bernard Hunt after 4pm - £55
  • Manor Course - £20

Golf Guests - Autumn/Winter

During the spring/summer months, Full members are allowed to bring guests anytime Monday to Friday and after 10am on a Saturday and Sunday. 

Associate Golf members are allowed to bring guests anytime Monday to Friday and after 11am on weekends.

  • Longcross/Bernard Hunt - £65 per guest Monday-Thursday
  • Longcross/Bernard Hunt - £75 per guest Friday-Sunday

Each adult member can sign in up to 3 guests per round. 

For Full and Associate Golf members, we also we also offer golf guest pass bundles:

  • £550 for a booklet of 8 

Member guest green fees vary on a seasonal basis and are subject to change.

Please sign in and pay for your guests at the Golf Shop, and register them here before you play.

Guest Access - Leisure

Full and Country Club adult members are allowed to bring guests anytime of the week, except before 12 noon on a Saturday. All guests must be signed in on the day at either the healthspa or Pavilion reception. Guests are only permitted when accompanied by an active member.

Each adult member can sign in up to 2 adult and 2 children guests per day:

  • £50 per adult (aged 16+)
  • £25 per child (aged 15 and under) - note, a guest pass is not required for those aged 3 months and under, providing they aren't using any facilities.

For Full and Country Club members, we also offer a leisure guest pass bundle:

  • £300 for a booklet of 8

We acknowledge there have been some grey areas regarding dropping children off to swimming, tennis and golf lessons. To confirm, a guardian is permitted to drop off and watch a junior member during their lesson. They will not be allowed to use the facilities (i.e. soft play, pools, studios or courts) - and will need to sign in at the Pavilion reception. Access is permitted to Flo's during the duration of the lesson.
