Featuring state-of-the-art equipment and expert personal trainers, the gym provides an indepth induction to help define your workout aims and give you guidance in how to get there.

Your induction will include a blood pressure check and a health check with our Tanita body composition analysis. This can track your hydration levels, fat mass, muscle mass, visceral fat and body mass distribution.

From a discussion about your well-being and fitness ambitions, your instructor will work with you to create a bespoke programme to follow. Every three months, this programme will be progressed to ensure you stay on track to reach your target.

For those wanting additional support or for specific fitness needs such as injury recovery, we recommend booking a personal training session.
