Studio Coordinator

Heather's love for fitness started at a young age and developed as a way to build confidence and maintain health and wellbeing. Incorporating everything from Pilates to plyometric exercises, Heather creates routines and adapts them to suit clients’ needs. She also teaches HIIT, Circuits and Studio Cycle. She believes having a career based on something she loves is very important, and helping others live a balanced lifestyle is something she will never grow tired of.
