Sports Therapy
A detailed examination and assessment of sports injuries, ranging from postural analysis and body alignment to ligament and muscle testing. Practitioners use a variety of techniques such as strapping, trigger-point and deep connective-tissue massage, muscle stretching and energy work, joint mobilisations and the use of exercise therapy to restore range of movement, strength, coordination and balance. Ideal to treat a recurring injury which is affecting your sports performance or day-to-day life, or to prepare and recover from big sporting events.
Sports Massage
Sports massage therapy helps alleviate the stress and tension built up in your body’s soft tissue during physical activity, due to overexertion or overuse of the muscles. It can help prevent niggling injuries, clearing the way to you achieving optimum performance whether in sport, a physically demanding job or countering postural stresses and strains.
Acupuncture
Our acupuncturist, Claudia, offers pain-relief acupuncture for muscular skeletal problems and sports injuries, wellbeing acupuncture to help with subclinical symptoms and stress related problems, as well as women’s health concerns.
Reflexology
A deep relaxing treatment to help balance the mind, body and spirit, reflexology helps relieve stress and anxiety. This ancient therapy incorporates pressure-point massage to the hands and feet, stimulating them to rebalance corresponding body parts and organs, enabling them to function more efficiently.
Facial Reflexology
Facial Reflexology also known as Dien’ Cham or Facetherapy, has long been known in the Far Eastern Countries. But it is in Vietnam in the 1980’s where the technique truly developed.
During treatments using this technique energy is roused and circulated allowing organs to naturally recover their vitality and correct function. Helping to reinforce the body’s natural immune system.
This hugely beneficial treatment is lighter and slower than Foot Reflexology allowing for a deeply relaxing and very powerful experience
First a short discussion with your therapist regarding any specific problem areas the client may have to allow specifics to be targeted during your time. The treatment begins with a facial cleanse using hot mitts, followed by a neck and shoulder massage. Then your bespoke Facial Reflexology procedure. Bliss!

Moroccan Hammam Ritual
An intensely cleansing ritual performed by your therapist, which rejuvenates, eliminates toxins and stimulates circulation. The warmth of the Hammam softens the skin and opens the pore, before the traditional Kessa glove and natural black soap are used to cleanse thoroughly and exfoliate the dead skin cells.
Rassoul Ritual
The rassoul ritual is based on use of rassoul, which is a unique natural mineral clay sourced only from the Atlas Mountains of Morocco. The main principle of the rassoul ritual is purification. The unique properties of the rassoul lava clay allow it to be extremely effective in drawing out impurities from the skin and detoxifying, when mixed with warm water.
The Rassoul Ritual takes place in the specially Hammam Steam chamber. You will be presented with bowl of rassoul clay mixed with shea butter to better nourish the skin. You will apply the clay to your body and then relax in the heat of the rassoul chamber with 15 minutes of steam to allow the active properties of the lava clay to work. Afterwards, you will wash off the clay and apply body oil, leaving skin soft, smooth and cleansed.
