Personal Trainer

Fred has been physically active from a very young age and his passion for fitness stems from achievements in rugby.  Playing at a high level allowed Fred to gain knowledge in the fitness industry - from having strength training sessions, building muscle and cardio training he understands the effort that it takes to achieve fitness goals. Fred enjoys HIIT style workouts alongside weight training with cardio. Fred wants to help people achieve their goals and feel better in themselves like rugby did for him.
