Personal Trainer

Kerry joined the Foxhills team in 1995 and since 2011, shifted her focus from high intensity training to yoga and a more holistic approach. Following this she achieved additional qualifications in Active Isolated Stretching and Pilates; perfect for clients who need help with their core, back, mobility and flexibility. As well as working part-time in the gym, Kerry teaches a wide range of studio classes and is our most experienced Class Instructor.
