Leisure Manager

Rosie joined Foxhills in 2010 following achieving her goal of a world ranking in Women’s Tennis. She now manages the Gym team, offers one-to-one Personal Training sessions and teaches regular classes including Studio Cycle, Fitball Abs and Aqua. Struggling with a few injuries herself, Rosie’s approach to training is based on improving functional fitness and wellbeing. Recently qualifying in Active Isolated Stretching and Nutrition for Weight Management, Rosie aims to build clients’ confidence in the gym, inspire them to be more active and create an overall feeling of wellbeing.
