Reformer Pilates can work for everyone whatever the age, body shape and background, it is so much more accessible than the machines look - it is Pilates but taken to new level. Posture can be improved by focusing on strengthening exercises that address tightness and imbalances within the body. With the addition of our Cardio Tramps and Jump Boards you can also achieve a cardiovascular element which is not possible in mat based Pilates.
Whether you are new to Reformer Pilates or know your way around the machines the varied exercises will strengthen, lengthen and extend your body promoting a lean physique. It's all about 'comfortable freedom of movement' allowing you to support the everyday as well as other sporting and fitness activities.
Our small group classes have a maximum of 4 people which ensures you are closely monitored by our experienced instructors throughout the class. Reformer Pilates is motivating, adds variety to existing exercise routines and most of all is fun.
