Foxhills Racquets Policy

We are committed to providing an exceptional racquet experience for all our members. Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with our policies to ensure efficient and fair use of our facilities:

• Court Booking:  Reservations can be made starting at 8 am, two days prior to the scheduled class.
  
  
• Check-In Procedure: Members are required to check in at the Pavilion Reception prior to accessing their courts. This procedure is in place to monitor court usage effectively, and all no-shows will be documented.
  
  
• Grace Period: A 15-minute grace period will be enforced. If a court is not in use after this time, we reserve the right to release it for other members wishing to book.
  
  
• Court Hours: All courts must be vacated by 9 pm on weekdays and by 8:30 pm on weekends.
  
  
• Court Etiquette: To maintain a respectful environment, please observe the following guidelines:
  - Players wishing to access an adjoining court must wait until the current point has concluded.
  - Juniors under the age of 8 must be supervised at all times. Children aged 8-14 must check in at reception for permission from parent/ guardian to play unsupervised.
  - Appropriate racquet attire is required; jeans and swimwear are not permitted. A racquet shirt/top must be worn at all times.
  - Only non-marking trainers are allowed on the courts.
  - Mobile phones must be silenced to avoid disturbing other players.
  - Scooters, roller skates, and bicycles are not permitted on the courts due to potential surface damage.
  
  
• Racquet Hire: We offer a convenient racquet hire service:
  - Tennis racquet & ball package: £5
  - Padel racquet & ball package: £5
  - Pickleball paddle & ball package: £5
  
  
• Upon hiring equipment, the Pavilion team will retain your membership or hotel card until the items are returned. Please be advised that hire charges are non-refundable, and all equipment must be returned to Pavilion reception after use. Any damages or losses will be charged accordingly.
  
  
• Floodlights: Floodlights are available on all pickleball courts and seven of our tennis courts. Please request the Pavilion team to activate the lights as needed. For padel, the switch is located by court 1; kindly ensure they are turned off when no longer in use.
