HIIT cycle classes

Our HIIT cycle classes are currently taking place four times a week for 45-minutes a session. These classes bring together cardio and strength training, with alternating rounds in the saddle and off the bike using dumbbells to give you a total body workout. 

Sessions 

Wednesdays 9.15am with Heather

Thursdays 6.30pm with Heather

Fridays 7am with Fred

Fridays 10.35am with Fred
