Over the last couple of weeks, we have seen an increase in members bringing family to the club. We would like to politely remind you of the guest pass policy.
We are trying to keep the club exclusive which was the highest trending feedback of 2022 from members.
We acknowledge there have been some grey areas with regards to dropping children off to swimming lessons, Monarch dance classes, tennis and golf lessons and understand everyone has different childcare arrangements. We empathise, so here's our process moving forward:
After careful consideration, we will allow one guardian to come to drop off and watch the child during the lesson. They will still not be permitted to use the facilities (I.E. soft play, pools, studios or courts). They will need to sign in and out of The Pavilion reception. They have access to Flo's during this time (the duration of the activity/lesson) to grab a bite to eat or a drink.
Other than this, the guest pass policy still stands. You will need to purchase a pass for your friend or family member.
